Preschool program curriculum provides preschoolers with extensive program of activities allowing for both structured and independent learning opportunities and includes:

• pre-reading (letters)
• pre-math (numbers, shapes, counting)
• pre-school concepts (colors, matching, cutting, opposites, patterns, sorting, sequencing)
• pre-writing skills (pencil control, tracing, eye hand coordination )

Children interact with well-planned settings for enhanced learning through play. Activity areas allow children the opportunity to explore, experience, and succeed. Our junior preschool program prepares children for pre-kindergarten, and offers following daily activities:

• Circle time
• Cognitive/manipulative
• Creative arts
• Science & Nature exploration
• Literature / Language
• Fine / Gross moor
• Outdoor play
• Blocks / construction
• Sensory
• Dramatic play
• French / Gym / Music & Rhythm / Yoga classes (by schedule)

By providing children with activities that match their developmental needs, abilities and interests, learning occurs easily and naturally. There will be regular communication between teachers and parents to keep you informed about your child's day. Formal progress reports will be provided twice a year.
